I read an article about violating USMCA, and basically if there’s a violation, there’s a dispute mechanism that can be used, but there’s also an appeals process and there’s also no way to enforce it.

It’s a toothless agreement. I’ll see if I can find that article.

1000% it's toothless, but you have to wonder if anything the U.S. does can be trusted, including something as simple as a trade deal. Amazing how instead of rather than being the de facto superpower and pulling all their allies together to attack China, they're creating conditions where all their allies want to attack them back.
