Leafs @ Blue Jackets - Oct. 4th, 7:00pm - TSN4, Fan 590

Good period, Freddie sharp when he had to be. Even after four periods can already see improvement on special teams.

Sandin gave up the puck at his blueline from maybe over playing it a bit. Bad ice means it?s not going to stay on the blade as expected sometimes.

Korpisalo bit soooo hard on the Marner feed to ?Matthews?. Leafs came into this game knowing Columbus watched their game the other night.

It would be interesting to see Mikheyev on a line with Matthews or Tavares.

That's gonna be a great weapon. Sometimes JT stops it and sends it back, or it goes fully across 16<----->34.

The question will be whether they can adjust when the other teams adjust to them.  Last year they couldn't do it.  I'm optimistic that they won't get stuck in a rut this year.

Paul McFarland is known for making team-specific adjustments, even in game.

Why is that a horrible call? It was clearly a trip, even if not intentional.

Looked like the Columbus player just blue a tire trying to stop.

It was a dangerous slewfoot, even if it was not maliciously intentional
