Leafs @ Ducks - Jan. 6th, 10:00pm - SNO, Fan 590

Top 5 pick is slowly fading out of the picture.  Also, the Pens better start winning so we get that second 1st rounder...  >:(

Also remember like 3 weeks ago when everyone said that Bernier was done as a NHL goalie? Good times.

That's exactly what many including I thought.  He had to do something to turn his game around.  He did.  Good for him.

Fast forward 3 weeks after losing 3 of 4 and Bernier is running a .890 again:  "Remember when we thought Bernier had put his game together 3 weeks ago?"

Let's get to a significant portion of a full season's games before we start thinking that he's good enough.

Yeah. Really, he's had a good week.

If he falters and Reimer regains his form from before Christmas we will still have stellar goaltending. I have to admit I didnt see Bernier regaining form, with Goalies it is so tenuous to do so.  Kudo's for him if he can keep it up.
He certainly is playing out from the crease showing a lot of gumption. I may start drinking my Bacardi with Pepsi
