Leafs Injury Updates

Wish Liles were ready to come back.  Missing both him and Dion takes away a lot of offense from the back end.

any update on Dion?

the only thing I have heard is on the tsn game recap video that I just watched.  They reported that wilson said he didn't lose any teeth...thats it.

hmmm not sure I like the silence

actually the post game is on mapleleafs.com and wilson says that he is getting x-rays done and once the doctors see it then they'll know whats up

markhmasters: RT @jonasTSN1050: No sign of Dion Phaneuf today. Will have update from Ron Wilson later this afternoon.

:'( :'( :'(

Next time we see him it will be with a full cage, I'd wager.  That looked like broken jaw / cheekbone stuff to me.

Sounds like Armstrong may have had a bit of a set-back, or it could just be a maintenance day:

@sunhornby Lance Hornby
Colby Armstrong's absence after two days of practice following his concussion is also a concern. Updates on him and Phaneuf shortly.

A couple tweets out there say dion should play tomorrow.

The EXACT same thing was said for Liles and Reimer and both were out a month.

Although, I guess with concussions you just never know.  Still, apparently Reimer never had one.

I still think Gunnarsson's injury was the best...atleast his refreshing perspective...when he hurt his hand.  His said it was a mid body injury until he picked his nose...then it was an upper body injury.  :)
