Stop encouraging Paul Marner
I'm comfortable paying Marner what we paid Gilmour.

Stop encouraging Paul Marner
In the process [of playing the penalty kill], Marner has added another valuable dimension to an already invaluable package. He says because he plays the power play, he knows what frustrates him ? and tries to do the same against opposing players.
?For me personally, it?s just trying to read plays, get back, trying to make it hard on forwards. I?m just trying to make it hard on them getting into our zone and when they do, don?t let them get set, try to pressure them as much as I can, and make it hard on them to make passes to get through me,? Marner said recently.
I wish Tavares killed penalties with Marner. I would also like to see Matthews/Kappi.herman said:https://theathletic.com/909290/2019/04/07/this-leafs-season-belonged-to-mitch-marner-and-they-will-go-as-far-as-he-will-take-them/

Marner is so fun to watch and we're basically still on the ground floor of his potential (as we are with Matthews and Nylander).

What if his potential is a single-storey building? Hmm?

I really want to see more players try moves like this in games.

Don't encourage them to put their iPhones on top of the net and try to hit it...they're already shooting high and/or wide too often. I propose mounting them on top of the netcam casing instead.
Marner probably save that game from OT with those blocks. Hero!Guilt Trip said:What's not shown is JT handing his stick to Hainsey earlier on. Great play by Marner and all the guys on the ice there.
Impossible to say but he definitely laid it on the line! Was a small but awesome moment.Highlander said:Marner probably save that game from OT with those blocks.
