LOL. Kulemin. Gets a diving penalty. Hey, he's wearing the A too. wth?

Pre-season. Need 3 guys with letters in the lineup. Neither Kulemin nor Clarkson will have them when the season gets going.

Am I correct that this game will not be televised? If so, domage.

Sportsnet has it, every preseason game is on TV.

Does anyone have info on online streaming for us US-based folk?

Is there one without install some software?  Don't want to install any app that may have a virus on it.

My experience with those sites is that you don't really have to download any apps - that is actually for the advertising. If you wait it out,  or close the box blocking the game screen, you'll be able to watch the game.

I have found that you have to try a bunch of different links to get the quality of game that you want.

It won't let me click on the X to close the window blocking it.  Everytime I click the X, it brings up another tab asking me to install Genieo.  I would rather not install it.

UPDATE:  Ah, sneaky.  The x is tiny on the left hand side.

Anyone have a decent stream?

The one's I have are brutal, game for 15 seconds, freeze for 30, rinse and repeat.
does the tsn stream only work for Canadians?

TSN stream?

sorry. guess it would be sportsnet tonight, not tsn???  and they don't have a video link.

I should put my webcam up, pointed at the game but I have no idea how I'd share that with anyone  :)

I'd give MacWilliam one heck of a look here, he's everything that Granberg was billed as, hard as nails and can skate.

Year in the AHL and replaces Fraser next year likely.

Yeah, but I bet Carlyle is in love with him so far, he'll be the first injury call-up I think.

Also, to those thinking Rielly is in with a shot here, can we fit him under the cap?

Are his bonuses deferred to next year if he stays?

His bonuses only become an issue if he achieves them, and, realistically, there's about $2M there (the Schedule B bonuses) that he's probably not likely to get to, as they're most about winning league awards or in the top 10 in the league among defencemen in a few statistic categories. The real cap hit they likely have to worry about it ~$1.7M, which they can definitely fit under this year. And, yeah, any bonuses he earns that would put the Leafs over the cap can be pushed into next season if necessary, up to 7.5% of the cap ceiling (more than Rielly can earn on his own) and the Leafs can exceed the cap by that amount all year, as long as it's in bonuses. As things sit right now, fitting Rielly under the cap is pretty much a non-issue.

EDIT: According to capgeek, Rielly doesn't actually have any Schedule B bonuses negotiated with the team in his contract, so, it's really a non-issue. If the Leafs keep Rielly and demote Holzer, they'd still have close to $2M in cap space (though, that includes all the unachieved bonuses on the roster - though, really, that would just be Gardiner and Rielly).

Speaking of cap, did anybody catch the Sportsnet panel with their guesses for the Leafs opening night lineup.  Lol, like they could come close to getting that lineup under the cap, morons.
