Hope Grabovski keeps going.  I was disappointed with his game all season, but he's looked really good in the first 2 games of this series.  Best he's looked all season in my opinion.  Would be nice to see him get a goal tonight.

Coincidentally it's been one of the few times he's been given an offensive role and some scoring linemates.

I'm loathe to criticize Randy, because he coached a great game on Saturday, but his misuse of Grabo has been horrendous all year.

Agreed. Grabo and Frattin appear to be the X factors for the Leafs. If they both can continue to push their games to another level, than that really could be the difference for the good guys in this series.

Oh yeah forgot about Frattin, he made a great play to set up Lupul's goal.

I might tear-up if he scores and the crowd starts chanting that.

I will be at the game and if things are going well I guarantee you I will try to get this started if nobody else does.

Carlyle mad strategy all season?  Downplay Grabovksi's role during the season so Bruins don't focus on him during playoffs then unleash his true potential.  ;)

I wouldn't put much past Carlyle at this point.  He's a mad scientist.  No coincidence that Grabbo suddenly had linemates who could score on his wings two games ago.

It's possible I will be in downtown TO for a concert tonight.  Not sure yet, and also not sure how that'll work out for catching the game, but it'll be cool to be downtown during the game.

Play as hard as saturday, I'm not asking for a home game blowout like the Sens did yesterday, just a hard win, by a goal, I don't care, just win.

I can only imagine going back to Boston leading this thing 3-1...

Anyway, Hammer the Bruins!

Go Leafs Go!!!

Let's not get ahead of ourselves Jake, Leafs need to make it 2-1 tonight before thinking about going back to Boston up 3-1.  Hoping for a big win tonight.

My biggest concern was the Leafs having trouble putting 60 minutes together. I haven't seen all games this season, but the last game showed they can do it against a top tier team...convincingly.

I honestly think this is anyone's series at this point. I know it's only one win, but if the leafs have found a playoff gear with the last one, it's trouble for the B's.

Lupul finding the back of the net regularly is huge. I wasn't sure which Lupul was going to return from injury.

I completely understand the Leafs talking to Kipper as well. If good things happen for the Leafs over the next week, Reimer will be a big part of it, and I am not sure they could withstand an injury to him. An experienced backup would be some nice insurance.

What they did last game, that they did to much success back when they would play the Sens every year, is take Chara down by commitee, every single player finished their checks on the big man, with Frattin, Komarov and Orr being especially effective in that regard.

He has a vicious temper, look for it to get the better of him in the form of minor penalties and for him to begin to wear down physically if they keep it up.

Can't really compare Sens-Chara with Bruins-Chara, he's far better than he was while on the Sens plus the Sens were as soft as cream puffs those years that the Leafs played them and they had suspect goaltending.  Neither of which are problems with the Bruins lineup.

I didn't really think that we took Chara down though. He still played really good. We just capitalized on our chances when he wasn't on the ice.

Chara wouldn't be a perennial Norris trophy candidate if all other teams had to do was forecheck hard on him to make him ineffective. Orr can bounce into him all night long if he wants.

Grabovski is going to chop that big Chara tree down tonight! Have fun to all who are going to the ACC tonight, should be electric. GO Leafs GO!

It feels really weird to be running the A/C in the house when the Leafs are playing hockey. Weird. But really nice!

I was thinking the same thing,  just removed the plastic and metal cover off of mine minutes ago, +26 here right now  :o
