R1G5: Leafs @ Bruins - May 10th, 7:00pm - CBC, TSN 1050

Well that was messy but they did it!

Bruins offence was having similar bad luck that we have had, it's about time we were due for some breaks.

Leafs earned themselves another chance at a home game, here's hoping they can take it and push thing to 7!

This was an wonderful victory against a very motivated Boston team.

Congrats Leafs, very good game!

Come back in Toronto.

It sure was.

But I tell you -- our captain sucks.  He sucks.  He SUCKS

All right, he doesn't suck.  But he's driving me FREAKING CRAZY.

With nearly everyone predicting a Leaf win tonight, I have to think they will lose. (At least that's how I play the stock market, and usually come ahead.)

You are bad.

So is Peter D. just below me.

Hey. I don't come here with rainbow makers and bubble machines.  ;)

A comeback just isn't in the cards, at least not if we're being reasonable about things.

Oh sure. Now if they pull off a win tonight you're gonna show me up....... :D

Showing you up. Told ya.

Well, the Leafs are now 2-0 in games I don't watch, 0-3 in the ones I do. So...I hope you all appreciate the sacrifices I'll be making from here on in.

Well, we all know that the Leafs are virtually unbeatable on Sunday nights at home.

(Because we've never played a game at the ACC on Sunday night?)

Well, that was fun! As I said earlier, even if we'd lost tonight we couldn't be disappointed or ashamed, but now we really can't. That was a fantastic effort.

Exactly my opinion, with this kind of play I would be just proud even with a loss.

But the bonus is coming in Toronto. Hope the same input from Toronto and I expect something similar from Boston.

Nik, hopefully you got reservation for a nice 3 hours mother day's dinner...

We needed Reimer to steal one tonight and boy did he ever.

The Leafs' speed certainly exposes the Bruins.

I'm sure a lot of Bruins fans are saying what we tend to say -- can't win games when you decide to play with 10 minutes left in the game. That sure was a scary final 10 minutes.

The Leafs played very good all the game, even in the third against a very good Boston team. They did almost the same in the last game, but now they played even better. Very focused in deffence in the third, Reimer the God of the post, but all the team played responsable.
