[Colborne didn't look out of place tonight. It's a great sign.
As I have said for months now, he will be that #1 center we have been waiting for. I hope he gets a hat trick tonight.

I'm sure he will be at some point.

I'll say he shows it at some point next season. these playoffs will go a long way in pushing him along.

Awesome game.  I don't think getting the puck out of the zone was a big of a problem this game as it was the last game.  Phaneuf played good thank god, I wonder if Grabbo wanted a goal so bad he lost sight of what he needed to do at the end.  It's amazing how the game is never over and the B's pushed after finally getting one with 25 seconds left.

Was not comfortable at all at 2-1 with 25 seconds left, but damn it felt good to push this one to 7.

Oddly enough, this time, I was. After Kessel's goal, I knew this series was going to 7.

Man, I forgot how stressful the playoffs are.  My 19 yr old was only 10/11 the last time the Leafs were in the playoffs and he wasn't really into hockey that much at that point, so this is his first real taste of the playoffs rooting for his favourite team and he has no idea how I was able to do it.  He says he's STRESSED OUT already.  LOL!

Man, that was an awesome freakin game and the icing on the cake for me was that I was taking to Tyler Sequin's mom at Fortino's in Brampton early afternoon (my daughter and her youngest played hockey together a few years ago before we changed associations).  Anyhoo, she was going to the game and said that she told Tyler to finish the Leafs tonight.  I said, we'll see.  Glad her advice didn't work.  LOL.  Anyways, she's a really nice lady.

Guys can you imagine the pressure going through the Bruins heads right now.  Jagr looks like the second coming of Jason Allison.  We have absolutely nothing to lose here, one of those Cinderella comeback stories from the movies.  I love this team, the only blemish is the absolute non response by  Nonis after the second goal by Kessel, has the dude no heart?

I noticed that too! I was actually extremely surprised. He looks slow out there. He's got some moves still but he just doesn't have enough time to pull them off.

Just heard Joe Bowen's calls from last night, all I have to say is he's far more exciting than Jim Hughson.

I've gained so much more respect for Luongo this year, both for professionalism and for humour.

And in all seriousness, is Reimer now at least part of the Sochi discussion?  It would have seemed laughable a year ago, but now, particularly with the top Canadian goaltending talent not being what it once was...?

Not now but if the Leafs go deep I think he would be.

With Price and Fleury looking less and less like guys you want in net for important games, it wouldn't surprise me in the least if Reimer got an invite to whatever type of training camp-esque situation Team Canada has. I don't expect it, but it wouldn't surprise me.

There's really no obvious top Canadian goaltender(s) right now.  Even the best among them have their warts, whether it's youth/inexperience (Reimer, et al), injury problems (Ward), age (Brodeur), Heimlich issues (Fleury, Price), or general controversy syndrome (Luongo).  There were only 23 Canadian goaltenders this year, only 9 of them played more than half of their team's games, and Fleury and Brodeur are two of those and almost certainly won't be considered.

Because of the overall lack of Canadian goaltending depth, I don't see how Reimer doesn't get serious consideration to be 1 of 3 for Sochi.

Heimlich issues made me laugh.
