R1G6: Bruins @ Leafs - May 12th, 7:30pm - CBC, Fan 590

Extremely proud of this team regardless of tomorrow. Bruins are not the same team of 2 years ago but still a very good team and to be honest didn't think it would go 7 and I figured the Bruins would take it. Don't know if I can take it but wouldn't it be fitting if we go into overtime tomorrow and Kessel gets the series winner.

This win sure didn't help Bozak's cause.

The Bozak who scored the shorthanded goal the other night when it looked like nobody could solve Rask?

I get that he's not a true #1C but I would be pretty sorry to see him let go.

Another great inspirational effort from Reimer.  And who shouldn't be surprised?  As I've stated before, greatness will eventually be Reimer's and looks like he's starting early.

As for the Leafs, this team is unbelievable, making believers out of doubters and so on.  It would be so incredible if they beat Boston tomorrow night and thus take the series.  That alone will definitely make a statement!

C'mon Leafs, all the way!!  Can do!!

@markhmasters: Peter Chiarelli statement: "Late during tonight's game we were made aware that there was a malfunction with our airplane."

@markhmasters: Chiarelli (continued): "As a result we are staying in Toronto on Sunday night & the team will travel to Boston on Monday morning."

I don't remember how to game 7. It's like we're learning this stuff along with the team.

Oh come now, we've been here before brother. It just has been a while ;)

Ohhhh yeah lets kick em in the balls and take this series. What a glorious night it will be should we win tomorrow.

not today death...not today

good game.  I think the argument could be made somewhat successfully that the leafs have been the better team over the last three games.  definitely not a slam dunk..but the fact that it can be made at all is a tribute to this team having more in them then i expected.  I actually feel somewhat optimistic about this game 7.  home ice hasn't really mattered in this series hopefully that's the case later today.

still think it's too bad that we have to have back to backs in the playoffs.  I know both teams are in the same situation..but it doesn't seem condusive to having the best possible hockey...that being said..i'm just so happy we pulled them to 7...i know if they lose tomorrow it'll be somewhat depressing....but still considering they were almost put out in 5...i still consider stretching this to the limit...a victor of sorts.

I always thought that the leaf's hitting would only matter if they could get to 6 or 7 games..well they did it...i hope this is where it pays off

[Colborne didn't look out of place tonight. It's a great sign.

As I have said for months now, he will be that #1 center we have been waiting for. I hope he gets a hat trick tonight.
