I thought Holland has looked good. Has less than 6:00 of ice time.

Don't think of it as not rewarding ice time to a young offensive player....yeah I've got nothing.

I don't think it's any kind of loyalty to Orr or McLaren, as some suggest. I think Carlyle obviously believes they play a role on the team, enough of one that they get the opportunities they do.

That said, I'm not sure why he sat them in the playoffs. Kinda goes against that whole theory...

The following people need to not be members of the Leafs ASAP:

Randy Carlyle
Colton Orr
Frazer McLaren
Mark Fraser
Paul Ranger

In roughly that order, as well.

Honestly. My dog could make better coaching decisions?..and he's sound asleep on the couch.

That's a little insulting to your dog.  Of course he could make better decisions.

I just hope that at some time Nonis stomps into Carlyle's office and says "no more". You dress those two stiffs and you're fired.

Christmas time is for dreaming....

Orr and McClaren are a mystifying choice, surely if both aren't necessary ( which they're not ) at least one could watch the game somewhere else?

Eliminate Carlyle and the rest should fall like dominoes.

Ranger has been getting better, I don't know how much better he can get but I'd give him some time, and well, coaching aside and all...

I don't know about that. He'll have a few games where he looks better, than he'll have an absolute train wreck of a game, and it's pretty much back to square one after that.

Still, he's got a longer leash for me, certainly more than Orr, McClaren and Fraser, those 3 can go anytime.

Was that Rob Ford that just tried to blame Rielly for not icing the puck thus giving away the Pavelski goal?

Whoever it was that blamed Rielly when the rest of those stiffs were on the ice must be on crack.

(Edit: Allegedly)

The most exciting hockey moment for me was watching bench-clearing brawls.  I believe in goons.  If this was John Scott and the Sabres, maybe I dress both Orr and McLaren.  But I don't see a need to dress more then one goon for this game.

Yeah. That's why he was at the bottom of the list. He's not the worst defenceman on the team, but it's still a lineup spot where the team needs an upgrade.
