There's a restaurant here in Hamilton that's been charged with 8 offences under the Reopening Ontario Act since December.

We have been open the entire time in the Interior. The places are really using a lot of care in the protocols laid down by the Health departments. Had lunch dining in on Saturday.herman said:

There's a lot of people in the city, and only so many vaccines available to be distributed. They've been spread across the city as to best reach the 60-65 population that live in the 416 (or, in nearby 905 areas, as many of them are travelling to North York, etc., to get vaccinated).

For what it's worth, I think people from outside the areas of the pilot program can still get the vaccine they just would have to go to those areas to get them. I don't think they grill you on your address or anything.
That may be the thinking of starting the program in big population centers that are fairly central.
