Got to say, Kessel handled his scoreless drought with a lot of class. Never complained, kept working hard. Showed a fine attitude.
They can say all they want about Seguin and Hamilton, Boston just lucked out on that, but it doesn't diminish Kessel as a player in my mind. When he's on the ice, he always dangerous on offence, he's got that skill that keeps your eyes glued on him. The other team is always keying on him. I'd take him over Seguin.
PLus the kid has overcome cancer. And, he says he enjoys playing in Toronto despite all the unfair abuse he's taken. It would be nice if fans actually started to support him.
