Poor Rielly. Stuck out on the ice with Orr, Smithson, McLaren and Fraser. The only guy out there for the Leafs with any skill or skating ability.

but he must have felt safe and secure

Poor Rielly, out on a shift with Orr, Smithson, Frazer, McLaren :(

That's great

Haha, that's a classic.

So true. Though I felt a little mean including Smithson, I actually think he has a skill he can contribute unlike any of the others.

I like Smithson. He's a perfectly acceptable 4th line centre. He's good on the draw and is a reasonable penalty killer. He's just pretty much useless otherwise.

But why should he have to stand up for the team? Surely with all that muscle out there the Sharks are too afraid to throw any hits, even clean ones.

Useless.  Absolutely useless.

Any of the other guys (minus the top line) takes a penalty and they get scratched/benched.  Bet he doesn't miss a shift.

His line mates were out there right after his penalty ended. So, nope, no shifts missed. In fact, possibly shifts gained.
