Everyone here has already watched Stranger Things on Netflix, right? Because if not you're gonna need to fix that ASAP.

Oh man. So good. Just the perfect 80s creepy horror feel.

The WIGWAL's loved it too, even the opening title sequence was excellent.

I wonder how they'll approach another season?

Perhaps an entirely new cast, telling a different story that is also tied to the upside down?

What I've read is that they're thinking about maybe focusing more on the upside down itself - things like the origin of the monster, etc., - and maybe answer some of the lingering questions. The intention, from what I've gathered, will be for it to be a sequel, but not necessarily a direct one. More like something set in the same town/surrounding area some time in the future.

Season Three of 'BoJack Horseman' is now out. Fantastic show on Netflix (that admittedly did not look appealing to me and doesn't really get rolling until episode 3 or 4). Looking forward to binging this season..

Finished the wire. 9/10.

Watched first ten eps of Preacher. 7.5/10

And, as a change of pace, the first season of the Jim Gaffigan Show. 6/10. There seems to be a gap in terms of good comedy shows...so started watching standup specials on netflix. Thought that the Demitri Martin, Nick Thune, and Tom Segura specials were great.

Re: Luke Cage

I'm two episodes away from completing the series.
There's a volta halfway through the season, similar to how Daredevil 2 was.

Early thoughts: Strong, Stylish, Sonorous.

I found the first episode quite cheesy but I'm willing to continue solely because I enjoyed Jessica Jones so much

I'm still struggling to get through the second season of Daredevil.

Yeah, the Marvel shows aren't bad but they drag a ton in the middle. They should be 10 episodes and cut some of the dead weight.

I remember liking it quite a bit right up until like the last 4 episodes, which were pretty bad.

The ending dragged a bit, for sure, which ties into what Nik is talking about. If they condensed the season, it would have been better.

Definitely. I've found that I've been able to browse my phone while watching the shows and not missed much.
