Anyone watching American Horror Story?

Yup!  My buddys downloaded em so I've a few episodes ahead of what FX Canada has shown so far and I absolutely love it.  I won't say too much but I think the next episode explains Tate a little further... It's pretty wild and very disturbing.

Also, Connie Britton is the definition of MILF lol

Anyone watching American Horror Story? See they got picked up for a 12 episode second season.  Certainly a lot of question remain but this past episode really filled in a bunch of Tate's background. Love the constant Cobain references and the fact that Tate always dresses like em.

Definitely my favourite new show of the season, and by a fairly significant margin. Still can't believe that guys that created Glee created this as well. The most recent episode . . . man, did it cover a lot of stuff, and set up what I hope is going to be an absolutely fantastic payoff. Lots of stuff happening.

Anyone watching Homeland? It is a great new show and for me, the best television show on right now behind Boardwalk Empire. I highly recommend it.

I almost wet myself a number of times watching the first season of An Idiot Abroad... I understand the second season is coming (very) soon - if it hasn't already. Somebody please tell me I haven't missed it.  :-\

Second season has aired in the UK (or is a few episodes in, anyway)

Anybody watch Up All Night?  Pretty funny show.  I particularly love seeing Maple Leaf references, and in the one episode Will Arnett is wearing a Leaf Clark "jersey" t-shirt.
My girlfriend & I both love Up All Night!  It is hilarious!

Agreed on the Connie Britton comment Ernie.

I was surprised as well that this is from the same people as Glee. Definitely showing their range.

Didn't those guys make Nip/Tuck too?

I thought it was great.  I've been pretty underwhelmed with the whole season, but that last scene really kicked my butt.  Didn't see that coming at all.

Mid-season finale of TWD was great - the 7 episode hunt for Sophia is over!
Next new episode is in Feb?

It returns February 12.

At least it's not a 10 month wait this time!
What did you think of last night's episode?

Great, easily the best so far.

Like SP said, that last scene was amazing.

Last night's episode made that other 6 bearable. It was really well done. I can't say I was surprised about the ending though.

EDIT: Do you think the writing is on the wall for Shane? I don't see him lasting much longer. I hope I'm wrong. I think the show needs him.

I also liked how it was Rick who was the one to do what needed to be done. For all of Shane's chest thumping and talking about how Rick was not built for the new world, when it came down to it Rick, not Shane, was the one who had the stones to do what was necessary. I think it really solidified his position as leader of the group.

According to the IMDB pages yes they are.

Part 1 of the season-ender for Sons of Anarchy was outstanding.

Jemma is one cold and calculating beeyatch - but it appears Tara
can be one as well!

Can't wait until next week.

Caught the first couple episodes of 'The Last Enemy', 5 part BBC series with Benedict Cumberbatch from Sherlock, pretty good so far, the feel of the show reminds me of 'Luther' a little.

Set somewhere in the near future the British gov't wants to bring TIA ( total information awareness ) into law amid terror and immigration issues, Cumberbatch plays a physicist who's dead brother was somehow caught up in all of this...

Sons of Anarchy ended season 4 last night with an incredible show.

Knowing it's the #1 ranked cable show in the US, it had better garner
multiple Emmy nominations and wins this year. The writing, directing and acting is outstanding.

I have to be honest, I thought it was a pretty weak show for them. I'm a fan but this whole thing seemed like it was building to a huge conclusion and then it fizzled with almost no appreciable consequence.

I still doubt that it does much in the way of Emmy voting. I still think it's a notch below Breaking Bad, Mad Men and Justified to name a few.
